Sony India launches Cyber-shot H, S, T and W series cameras
Sony India announced the plans to boost its leadership status in the compact camera segment by touching a 45% market share. The market for digital cameras is vibrant and Sony India is continually fuelling this competitive environment by introducing new and innovative products that dynamically alter the market landscape.
Sony India has launched new Cyber-shot camera and H, S, T and W series, in India. These new cyber-shot cameras equipped with ‘Sweep Panorama’ technology. The “Sweep Panorama” technology allows users to capture ultra-wide pictures with a huge field view of up to 270 degrees and HD (high definition) movie technology allows users to create HD video at 30 fps at 1280/720 pixel resolution.

The ‘sweep panorama’ and the ‘HD movie’ technologies cameras will be available in a price range of Rs 12,900 to Rs 29,900.
Sony Cyber-shot H Series features and specifications
Now you don’t have to get close to capture all action. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX1 comes with a 3.0-inch Clear Photo LCD Plus display and 20x Optical Zoom that can be titled for viewing, making it much easier for users to shoot high-and low-angled photos. With 20x Optical Zoom, photographers can zoom in and capture the smallest of details even from a distance.
The camera comes with innovative ‘Sweep Panorama mode’ which creates beautiful Panorama shots within 3 seconds by stitching together multiple shots taken at high speed. The Exmor CMOS image sensor improves the low light performance vastly to give you cleaner images with drastically reduced grain and noise even in low lighting environments like twilight.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX1 will be available in bold black colour at price of Rs 29,990/- only.
Sony cyber-shot S Series featurers and specifications
The new Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 comes with 12.1 mega pixels, 3x optical zoom and a roomy 3.0 type Clear Photo LCD whereas DSC-S2000 features 10.1 mega pixels, 3x optical zoom and a 2.5-type Clear Photo LCD. Both cameras retain the previous Face detection and steady shot functions which add value to the shooting experience.
The smart new cyber-shot S series takes photo imaging experience to a new comfort level. Loaded with smart and easy-to use functions such as intelligent auto mode which enables the camera to automatically determine the optimum settings for seven scenes, easily capturing the moment without having to bother with difficult adjustments. With this camera, it is easy to obtain beautiful shots, even in challenging situations like a night or in backlit settings.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 is available in 2 stunning colours including silver, black and has a lovely hairline finish. S2000 is available in silver and black colour.

Sony’s Cyber-shot T series camera is the world’s smallest and slimmest camera range enabled with full HD (1920 x 1080, 60i) movie shooting capability and a 25 mm wide-angle lens. This makes for a powerful combination that vastly expands shooting capabilities and delivers high-quality still photos and moives.
The full HD capability which is also a first in compact camera records superb HD movies with just a single touch.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC TX7 comes with Full HD (1980 *1020), 3.5 inch LCD display at Rs 22,990 and DSC-TX1 comes 720 P, 3 inch LCD display at Rs 17,990/-

With the new Cyber-shot W series camera, you can click breath-taking shots that never ever seemed to fit in the frame. With the Sweep Panorama technology, the camera can continuously shoot at a high speed, and then seamlessly stitch the images together with automatic position adjustment to create one stunning panoramic image in as fast as 3 seconds. Available in wide and ultra-wide options, the camera can take panoramic shots of up to 270 degrees.
