Fujifilm launches 14 new digital cameras in India

Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of Fujifilm Corporation of Japan, launched 14 digital camera models in the Indian market.
 
Fujifilm has launched four new models of its ‘A series’ compacts (AV100, AV150, AX200 & AX250) with features of high definition (HD) image & video capture for the first time on entry-level cameras. These cameras offer various mega pixel resolutions, Fujinon zoom lenses and LCD screen sizes.
 
Fujifilm J series
Fujifilm has also launched four sleek models of its ‘J series’ cameras (JV100, JV150, JX200 & JX250) with feature of shooting images in HD. These cameras are loaded with advanced features like razor sharp Fujinon zoom lenses, scene recognition auto, panorama shooting mode, movie mode with sound, picture search etc, says a company release. The smile & shoot mode works with Fujifilm’s highly-acclaimed face detection technology. It will not take a picture until it detects a smile. Another new feature is blink detection which warns users if they have captured an image with people blinking. The newly launched JV and JX models have a new feature – targeting AF – to click picture of a moving object.
 
Fujifilm FinePix JZ300
Fujifilm announced a new long-zoom compact camera – the FinePix JZ300. The features of FinePix JZ300 are: 10x optical zoom, 28mm wide-angle lens, advanced CCD-shift image stabilisation system, HD image and movie capture, 2.7” LCD screen and a 12 mega pixel resolution. FinePix JZ300 also features Targeting AF, scene recognition auto, picture search and portrait enhancer.

Fujifilm’s FinePix Z700
The latest in the FinePix Z series, helps speedy uploading of images on Facebook or share videos on YouTube. FinePix Z700 features include 12 mega pixel resolution, HD image recording and Fujinon 5x optical zoom.
 
Fujifilm FinePix S1800 & S2500HD
Fujifilm FinePix S1800 & S2500HD 12 mega pixel cameras built around new 15x zoom and 18x zoom Fujinon lenses.  Other features are dual image stabilization, high ISO sensitivity, large and high resolution LCD screen with electronic viewfinder, panorama mode, auto picture rotation, scene recognition auto, tracking AF, face detection with smile & shoot mode as well as ‘blink detection’. Advanced features of the new ‘S series’ cameras are instant zoom, zoom bracketing, pre-programmed scene modes, micro thumbnail, natural light with flash mode, and photographic control.
 
Fujifilm F80EXR
Fujifilm also brought out the improvised version of Fujifilm FinePix F70EXR — F80EXR. Fujifilm F80EXR features include a 10x zoom compact with 12 mega pixel resolution super CCD EXR sensor, 3” large LCD screen, face recognition technology (a new feature wherein faces of 8 persons with their names can be pre-programmed in the camera for auto-identification), HD video capture, DSLR-like effects with pro-focus mode, tracking AF and the world’s first dog/cat detection capability. Fujifilm has developed a new pet detection feature, which in the scene mode settings, ensures that users get a good picture of the pet. The F80EXR has optional waterproof case and underwater mode.
 
Fujifilm FinePix HS10
Fujifilm’s FinePix HS10 is an extreme long zoom camera with high speed capture. This FinePix features 30x optical zoom with manual zoom mechanism, advanced photographic features and full HD movie capture providing similar performance rate of an SLR system.
