Panasonic launches 85 Inch Plasma display

After tasting the success with the 103 inch plasma televisions, Panasonic has launched another variant of the large plasma screens with an 85 inch FHD plasma display. 
Embedded with the Neo PDP technology, the new Panasonic 85” FHD Plasma display panel comes with Triple function slots, which allow terminal boards to be swapped according to the video source. 
Priced at Rs. 20 lakhs, the newly launched Panasonic FHD Plasma Display TH – 85PF12 comes with a service life of 1, 00,000 hours and a visibility equivalent to four 42 inch screens.

Reliance Mobile launched two new CDMA Handsets named Huawei C3500 & Huawei C3200 to cater to the needs of CDMA users in India. The newly launched Huawei C3500 comes with an MP3 player along with FM Radio and FM Recorder.

Apple launches Aperture 3

Apple releases Aperture 3, the next generation of its photo editing and management software, with over 200 new features including Faces, Places and Brushes. Building on the innovative Faces and Places features introduced in iPhoto ’09, Aperture 3 makes it even easier and faster to organise large photo libraries. Apple Aperture 3 is available at a retail price of Rs. 11,000 (MRP) and existing Aperture users can upgrade for a suggested retail price of Rs. 5,700 (MRP). Aperture 3 runs as a 64-bit application on Mac OS X Snow Leopard on Macs with Intel Core 2 Duo processors.

Apple launches iPad, price starts at $499

Sony India launches Cyber-shot H, S, T and W series cameras

Sony India has launched new Cyber-shot camera and H, S, T and W series, in India. These new cyber-shot cameras equipped with ‘Sweep Panorama’ technology. The “Sweep Panorama” technology allows users to capture ultra-wide pictures with a huge field view of up to 270 degrees and HD (high definition) movie technology allows users to create HD video at 30 fps at 1280/720 pixel resolution.

According to a statement from Apple, more than three billion apps have been downloaded from its App Store by iPhone® and iPod touch® users worldwide.
