Kingfisher Airlines will commence two daily non-stop flights from Mumbai to Hong Kong from September 15, 2009 and Mumbai to Singapore from September 16, 2009. the launch of these new route Kingfisher Airlines is expanding its destinations from South East Asia to its international route network.

The flights on both these routes will be operated using the brand new Airbus A330-200s, widely billed as the best A330s ever built for any airline.

“I am delighted to announce the launch of daily non-stop flights from Mumbai to Hong Kong and Singapore. With our award-winning service, our flights will offer guests who travel on these routes, a truly five-star, world-class flying experience,” said Mr. Siva Ramachandran, Vice President, Global Sales, Kingfisher Airlines.

“The initial response to the introduction of these new routes has been extremely encouraging. Hong Kong and Singapore are very important markets for us and with the support of our General Sales Agents, we are confident of capturing and growing the market”, he added.

Departure and Arrival
Kingfisher Airlines flight IT 071 will take off from Mumbai at 10:55 pm and arrive at Hong Kong at 8:05 am, local time. The return flight IT 072 will take off from Hong Kongs’ Kai Tak Airport Terminal 2 at 2:05 pm, local time and arrive in Mumbai at 5:50 pm.

In the same way, Kingfisher Airlines flight IT 029 will take off from Mumbai at 11:05 pm and arrive at Singapore at 7:05 am, local time. The return flight IT 030 will take off from Singapore’s Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 10:15 am and arrive in Mumbai at 1:05 pm local time.

Kingfisher Airlines has a fleet of 71 aircraft and flies to 65 cities in India and 5 international destinations. It has over 360 daily departures on its domestic route network with 98 flights a week on its international route network.
