Air France revamped La Première services – an exclusive and personalised first class service — and started flights from and to Mumbai among other 29 select world destinations on long-haul flights operated by Boeing 777. The initiative is part of enhancing the luxury and comfort benchmarks of Air France La Premiere services. The Air France La Première was introduced to provide maximum comfort and greater travel experience to the passengers.

The personalised character of the service has been emphasised with the introduction of 1,000 La Première flight attendants. On board, passengers are pampered in a 2-metre seat-bed, and can enjoy a fine culinary experience by French chefs.

Passengers are personally escorted to one prestigious car that takes them to the foot of the aircraft at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Passengers with a connecting flight at Paris-Charles de Gaulle are welcomed by an agent outside the aircraft and accompanied to the La Première lounge.

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport’s  La Première lounge, passengers can relish gastronomic cuisine prepared specially for Air France by Alain Ducasse. The lounge is equipped with Wi-Fi access and features a dining room, a luxurious bar, a relaxation centre, private alcoves with individual work stations and a library. Passengers can also enjoy a convenient ‘personal shopping’ service without leaving the La Première lounge.

Pieter de Man, General Manager Air France KLM in India, said, “Air France’s strategic choice to redesign La Première symbolises the airline’s commitment to excellence. The Air France La Première service redefines the codes of luxury to satisfy customers for whom attention to detail is a priority. Our customers are offered a personalized and exclusive service at every stage of their trip.”
