Maruti Suzuki SX4 Hatchback

Maruti Suzuki will showcase the hatchback version of its popular Suzuki SX4 at Auto Expo 2010 according to a company source. The Prussian Blue Pearl SX4 hatchback model which will be displayed at the Auto Expo 2010 is a 2.0 litre machine which has been exclusively imported for display at India’s biggest auto show. 

The SX4 hatchback, available in European markets with multiple engine options such as 2.0 litre, a 1.6 litre and an 1.5 litre petrol engines, is considered to be one of the most popular hatchbacks in the market. 

The Prussian Blue Pearl SX4 hatchback comes with the powerful J20B engine which raises the maximum torque to 190Nm/4,000rpm while enhancing environmental compatibility by cutting CO2 emissions. Lower piston friction in the engine of ne SX4 hatchback contributes to enhanced fuel efficiency, output, and torque. 

The SX4 hatchback with CVT enables lighter gearshifts and improved driving experience. Careful harmonizing of the transmission and engine ensures fullest experience without any loss of power. 

The SX4 hatchback with a short turning radius, short gear ratios, a rigid body structure, and a fine tuned suspension make for a nimble, fun driving experience. 

Some of the other features of the debut model are the two-wheel drive (2WD) and an optional intelligent All-Wheel Drive (i-AWD) system. The i-AWD system allows the driver to switch from 2WD mode to 4WD modes at the press of a switch. 

The SX4 hatchback displayed at the show has all-new, five-spoke, 16-inch aluminium-alloy wheels with 205/60R16 tyres, which make driving more fun.
