Hero Honda launches Karizma ZMR

Hero Honda launched Karizma ZMR, the much awaited premium segment bike with the PGM-Fi technology. The new Karizma ZMR is priced at Rs 91,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is powered by a 225 cc Fuel Injection (PGM-Fi) engine.

The Karizma ZMR carry a maximum output of 17.6 BHP @7000 rpm and a Torque of 18.35 Nm @6000 rpm. Hero Honda claims an impressive acceleration rate of 0-60 in 3.7 seconds with the fully transistorized digital ignition system which ensures better power and crisp throttle response.

The PGM-Fi system is equipped with a 12-hold fuel injector, 16-bit ECU and 6 high-tech

Sensors to scan the engine operating parameters-air pressure, air temperature and engine temperature.

The new Karizma ZMR is equipped with tubeless tyres, dual dis brakes, non-fluctuating powerful DC headlight and bank angle sensor.

The new Karizma ZMR will be available in showrooms by the end of September 2009 and comes in five exciting colours – Blue, White, Yellow, Red and Black

The new Karizma ZMR is an addition to the premium segment. Hero Honda currently offers four models in the premium segment – Hunk, Achiever, CBZ Xtreme and Karizma.
