Momail, the world's smallest mobile e-mail has launched its operations in India and is scouting for 100,000 beta testers, who can sign up at www.momail.in using the password momailrox.

The Momail offer is perfect for a market like India with an ever-increasing interest in mobile technology compared with a relatively low personal computer penetration.

Momail's service includes a full e-mail offering, and for many Indians, only having a mobile for their communication, Momail will be their first way to use e-mail including having their first email address.

For Indians already using e-mail, Momail can be the "mobile postman" collecting all existing e-mail accounts - including Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo! and local ISP mail - into one super inbox on the mobile.
