ASUS and Research In Motion (RIM) announced the availability of BlackBerry Connect software v4.0 for the ASUS M530w and M930 handsets in India.
BlackBerry Connect for the ASUS M530w and M930 provides push-based wireless email services, including attachment viewing and wireless email synchronization, in conjunction with BlackBerry Enterprise Server, BlackBerry® Professional Software and BlackBerry Internet Service.

- Triple DES or AES wireless encryption
- Support for BlackBerry® Mobile Data System allowing organizations to wirelessly extend corporate data to mobile users
- Wireless device provisioning to allow devices to be activated wirelessly
- Ability for mobile users to wirelessly configure out-of-office replies, email filters, and auto-signatures directly from their device
- Ability for IT groups to wirelessly enforce IT policies.
