Vodafone, formerly Hutch, introduced two of its Blackberry models, BlackBerry Curve 8310 & BlackBerry 8820, keeping in line with its promise of bringing in new and exciting handsets and services.
Exclusively available on the Vodafone network, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 is RIM’s latest innovation for customers who demand a feature-rich multimedia and GPS-enabled smartphone.
The BlackBerry 8820 is the first dual-mode BlackBerry® handset, combining EDGE/GPRS/GSM cellular network and Wi-Fi® connectivity with added GPS support.
Through the built-in GPS, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 and the BlackBerry 8820 can pinpoint their locations and also provide "out-of-the-box" support for a wide variety of location-based applications and services such as Google Map™.
