Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Ltd (MTNL) Mumbai has introduced ‘One Minute’ plan for its landline customers with effect from October 21, 2007. Under this special plan, customers have a choice of opting between 2 plans: Plan A and Plan B. Under Plan A, the customer will get 500 free local calls of one minute duration just by paying Rs.499/- per month and calls beyond free calls will be charged @ 60 paise per minute. Under Plan B customer will get 1200 free local calls of one minute duration by paying Rs.999/- per month and calls beyond free calls will be charged @ 33 paise per minute. In these plans only local calls to all networks are permitted calls to level 95, STD & ISD are not allowed.
Since festive season is round the corner; MTNL is also offering 25% extra talk time on Trump top-up coupons of denomination of Rs. 100, 300, 1500 and recharge coupons of denomination of Rs.175 & 330.
