Lufthansa Group to add more flights on India route from this winter

As part of expanding its network in India, German aviation group Lufthansa will add 9 flights on its India route and deploy larger aircraft on Chennai-Frankfurt sector from the coming winter. The group will offer 75 weekly flights to and from India as against 66 now, a company release said.

British Airways woos Indian students with special travel offers

Qatar Airways to launch 6 new routes in Europe, Asia from October 2010

Doha-based airline, Qatar Airways, is planning to expand its international flight operations by launching six new routes in Europe and Asia from October 2010. Qatar Airways will phase in the route expansion over a four-month period with daily flights to Phuket – after Bangkok, its second destination in Thailand – from October 11. The new flights will operate via Kuala Lumpur.

Reliance Communications (RCOM), India’s largest and only telecom operator offering both CDMA and GSM service across the country, has announced the launch of first-of-its kind Customer Care Initiative ‘Live Chat’.  This Live Chat service will enable Reliance’s customers with real-time query and issue handling through chat-based online platform.
Initially, ‘Live Chat’ will be available to Reliance’s over 1.3 million data customers across the country and the company plans to extend the service to other business groups as well.

India’s CDMA and GSM mobile operator Reliance Communications, said it would offer unlimited internet access to subscribers on their mobile phones at Rs 99 per month.
