Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) struck the fourth oil discovery in exploratory block CB-ONN-2003/1 (CB 10 A&B) located onland in the Cambay Basin in Gujarat and awarded under NELP-V round of exploration bidding. The present discovery is expected to produce 300 barrel per day, said a report.

Toyota recalls 2003 Model Sequoia SUVs to upgrade VSC

Toyota Motor will conduct a voluntary safety recall on approximately 50,000 early-2003 Model-Year Toyota Sequoia sport utility vehicles to upgrade program logic in its Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) system. The VSC system can help control a loss of traction in turns as a result of front or rear tire slippage during cornering.

Honda launches EV-neo electric scooter, sales for commercial use by December

Yamaha launches new variants of FZ16, FZ-S

Japan’s bike maker Yamaha brought out revamped version of its 150cc+ premium segment bikes FZ16 and FZ-S with added features. The price of FZ16 is Rs 65,000 and while FZ-S is priced at Rs 67,000 (both ex-showroom, Delhi), the company said in a statement.

Nokia launches C3 qwerty phone at Rs 5,318

Nokia India officially launched smartphone C3 with full qwerty keypad and mobile e-mail service besides access to social networking services at Rs 5,318 apparently kicking off a price war in the segment among the handset makers in the country. Nokia also launched two more handsets: C6, a touchphone with full keyboard, at a price of Rs 13,000 and E5 holding a price tag of Rs 10,634.
