Telecom leaders join Intense’s co-creation initiative

Hyderabad based enterprise agility software products Company Intense Technologies has announced the launch of its CME (Communications, Media and Entertainment) Technology Advisory Group with the participation of its leading Telecom clients. Ms. Amrita Gangotra, CIO of Bharti-Airtel will be the Chairperson of Intense’s CME Technology Advisory Group.

The Co-Creation initiative known as ITAG (Intense Technology Advisory Groups), are mandated to meet twice every year to air, document and deliberate on emergent client needs and specific problem areas across verticals. The ITAG’s will keep Intense’s product development future-focused and involve Intense’s valued clients in mentoring the evolution of Intense’s Enterprise Agility Frameworks.

 Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Raghav Sahgal, CEO of Intense Technologies said, “Our Technology Advisory Groups are a market-led, client-targeted co-creation endeavor aimed at keeping our enterprise agility product development focused on emergent client needs. We will be shortly launching similar Technology Advisory Groups for the Banking and Finance, Insurance and Manufacturing verticals with representation from our valued clients.”

Speaking at the first CME ITAG Conclave, Ms. Amrita Gangotra, CIO of Bharti-Airtel, Chairperson of Intense’s CME Technology Advisory Group, said, "Co-creation with the industry is an innovative means to build customer focused solutions. I enjoyed participating in the ITAG and am certain that this initiative will go a long way in establishing clear goals for Intense’s product evolution."

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Navin Chadha, CTO of Tata Teleservices said, "The ITAG is a good initiative on Intense’s part, which I am sure will help the company in improving the products it has to offer to its current and future customer base."

 Mr. K Ramchand, GM-IT of BSNL said, "ITAG is a forward-looking and innovative initiative that will provide the industry the opportunity to mentor Intense's product development for what the Telecom vertical would require. I look forward to be part of this endeavor."

Elaborating further on the Technology Advisory Groups, Mr. Raghav Sahgal, CEO of Intense Technologies said, “Our CME Technology Advisory Group is a significant milestone in our endeavor to incorporate client-focused innovation into our product development roadmaps.
