Popular Malayalam music director Johnson has bagged this year's Mullassery Raju music award.
The award, carrying Rs. 25,000 in cash and a statuette, would be presented by actor Suresh Gopi at a function here on September 19, a release issued by the Mullassery Raju Suhruth Sangham said today.
Johnson has been selected for the fifth edition of the award for his rendering in the film 'Photographer' released last year.
Music directors Raveendran, M Jayachandran, Ousseppachan and Vidyasagar were the former recipients of the award. |
